After your booking
You immediately receive an email with your booking number and an overview of all chosen options.
Within one working day your dedicated point of contact will call or email to go through the details and planning.
From editing to print to on-site set-up: we arrange the execution, you only have to enjoy.

Good to know
A fixed price. For clearly priced services and packages you book directly here, without a quotation process. The amount you see in the overview includes VAT and has no hidden costs. Want something outside the standard options? Then we will still draw up a bespoke quote.
After booking you choose between paying directly via iDEAL or payment by invoice. For larger packages we work with a deposit and a balance payment after delivery. Everything is properly recorded with an invoice including VAT.
Changes are always possible in consultation with your dedicated point of contact. Want to cancel? Then get in touch as soon as possible. What is possible depends on how far along we are: as long as we have not yet started editing, designing or setting up, this is usually free of charge. You will find the exact terms in our terms and conditions.
