Right of withdrawal for consumers

As a private buyer you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt.

How to report a return

Send an email to contact@ondestination.nl with the subject "Return · [order number]".

State your name, order number and the reason for return (not required, but helpful for us).

You receive a confirmation within 2 working days with further instructions to return the product or hand it in at our office in Aalsmeer.

Conditions

  • The product is returned or handed in within 14 days of your return notice.
  • The product is in the same condition as at collection, used no more than needed to assess its operation.
  • All supplied accessories and documentation are present.
  • The cost of return is borne by the buyer.

Refund

  • After receipt and inspection of the product we refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
  • The refund is made via the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal lapses if the product has demonstrably been used more than necessary for assessment, or if its value has been reduced as a result.

No right of withdrawal for business buyers

Buyers acting in the course of a profession or business (B2B) have no right of withdrawal. Returns are not accepted from business buyers, unless there is a warranty claim as referred to in section 3.

Warranty

For consumers

Every product meets the condition and specifications stated in the product description. If a product has a defect on receipt that was not stated and was not visible on inspection, you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund. This applies to defects that existed at the moment of transfer.

Report a warranty claim within 14 days of receipt via contact@ondestination.nl with your order number and a description and photo of the defect.

For business buyers

For business buyers a warranty period of 30 days after collection applies, solely for defects that existed at the moment of transfer. Report a warranty claim within this period via contact@ondestination.nl.

What is not covered by warranty

  • Damage from improper use or own modifications.
  • Normal wear consistent with the stated condition grade.
  • Damage arising after collection from external causes.
  • Defects that were reasonably visible on inspection prior to collection.

Condition grades

Every product is offered with one of the following condition labels. The buyer is deemed to have taken note of this before purchase.

New

Unused, original or equivalent condition. Possibly without original packaging.

Very good

Minimal signs of use, no effect on operation. Fully functional.

Good

Visible signs of use such as scratches or wear. Fully functional.

Fair

Clear signs of use, cosmetic flaws present. Fully functional. Details noted in the description.

VAT margin scheme

The VAT margin scheme applies to all OnDestination Refurbished products. Prices include VAT. VAT is not stated separately on invoices and is not deductible for business buyers.
