Who we are
We are Dominique and Nikolai. Two people with an obsession for experience, technique and the difference that good preparation makes.
The beginning
From a young age we were already fascinated by hospitality, lighting and sound. We started out doing small parties, with simple equipment. In that period we learned the value of preparation, involvement and quality.
Everything we earned we put straight back into better equipment and knowledge. That is how OnDestination grew from a hobby into a professional event company that today leaves nothing to chance.
Based in Aalsmeer, active across the whole of greater Amsterdam and the surrounding region.

How we work

Clients always speak with us directly. No salespeople, no intermediaries. From the first conversation to delivery on the night itself: a direct line.
Every project starts with the question: what should the party radiate? What do you want guests to feel? Then a concrete plan that is right technically and in substance, down to the small details.
Because this work comes from passion, we can keep prices low. We work efficiently, without expensive middle layers. Everything we invest goes into substance: equipment, preparation and delivery.
The founders
OnDestination is not an agency. It is a project by people who know how an event should feel.
Co-founder · Creative Director
Responsible for the creative vision behind every event. From musical direction and atmosphere to light and decor: Dominique makes sure the experience is right from start to finish.
Co-founder · Operations Director
Responsible for operational delivery: planning, logistics and overall direction on the day itself. Makes sure every project runs flawlessly and that clients always have a direct line.
