§ 01

Our vision

1.1
OnDestination believes a party or event is only truly successful when every guest feels welcome. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us, but a natural part of every concept we put together.
1.2
From the advisory stage onwards we consider the accessibility of the chosen venue and the layout of the technical installation. Whether it concerns weddings, corporate gatherings or private parties: we advise clients on how their guests can experience the event without obstacles.
1.3
We are open to specific wishes and needs. Every situation is unique, and we take the time to understand what your guests need to feel completely at ease.
Our principle: every event we organise or support must be accessible to every guest. Accessibility is not arranged after the fact, but built structurally into the planning.
§ 02

Technical and practical measures

2.1
With our audiovisual installations we pay explicit attention to safety and clear passage. Cables and equipment are placed so that no trip hazard arises and walkways remain clear at all times.
2.2
When guests with reduced mobility are present, we adapt our set-ups so that passage is guaranteed. We discuss this with the client beforehand and tailor it to the specific situation on site.
2.3
For guests who may be affected by flashing lights or loud sounds, we offer alternative settings. Think of adjusted light programmes without strobe effects and controlled sound levels tuned to the needs of everyone present.
2.4
If desired, and where the venue allows, we can arrange quiet zones in consultation where guests can spend a moment away from the stimulating environment of the event.
2.5
We design our digital communication, including invitations and social media visuals, with readability and accessibility in mind. We use sufficient colour contrast and clear typography so that materials are legible for as many people as possible.
§ 03

Collaboration and personal tailoring

3.1
With every booking we ask whether there are specific needs to take into account. This way we can arrange suitable solutions in good time and bring in external suppliers where necessary.
3.2
For print and physical communication materials we work with trusted partners who can deliver material in accessible formats, such as larger typefaces or high-contrast versions.
3.3
For audiovisual and graphic production we remain ultimately responsible ourselves. We check all delivered materials for readability and usability before they are used at an event.
3.4
