Travel costs are fully included in the price of our packages and services. No hidden travel surcharges.

We always carry out a thorough test before the event begins to guarantee quality and safety.

Setup and teardown are included as standard with all packages and services. You do not have to worry about a thing.

We always ensure a structurally safe placement of equipment. Cables and installations are routed so that trip hazards and other risks are prevented.

For combined packages and light-show services a member of the OnDestination team is always present for guidance and technical support.

We always deliver bespoke work. All designs are tailored to the client's style and wishes. No two designs are the same.

For standard visuals we work with our own designs. Complex or specialist graphics can be developed further in consultation.

In both graphic design and visual styling we always take the client's brand identity and preferences into account.

The client is always entitled to revision rounds so the final product fully matches expectations.

We use a standard delivery time of 5 working days. For rush orders this can be shorter, depending on the nature of the job.

Rush jobs are possible. Additional costs apply for these. Get in touch for current rates.

The copyright of material we design transfers to the client once the final result has been accepted by the client.

The aftermovie package includes the recordings and editing. Third-party recording equipment is not part of this. We can arrange that separately if desired.

All video productions come standard with colour grading and a complete edit. The aftermovie is usually online within 10 days.

You always have one fixed point of contact within OnDestination who guides the project and discusses all options with you. No passing you on to other departments.

For print, photography and related services we work with a trusted external partner. All audiovisual services such as light, sound and decor are carried out by OnDestination itself.

If desired we also coordinate external suppliers such as printers or photographers. A tailored quote is drawn up for this.

Clients may bring their own decor. In consultation we make sure it is neatly integrated with the rest of the styling.

Every client gets the same level of attention and quality. We work from a passion for music and experience, regardless of the type of client.

We evaluate by phone or during teardown. Feedback is always welcome so we can refine our service further.
